Actual delivery time depends upon availability, address where the order needs to be delivered and courier issues and other circumstances that might affect delivery. You always have a choice to cancel your order due to shipment delay by contacting us at Customer Support.
• Each order would be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.

My product is showing delivered, however I have not received it.

Kindly check with your neighbors/security guard/other people in the house if they have received the delivery. In case they haven’t, please report the complaint at our email support@lookkoolladiesworld.com. Our team will investigate the issue and assist you on this. As per the courier timeline, investigation will take 7-14 business days, post that we will update the status on your query.
Note: We will not be able to accept the complaint received after 07 days of delivery marked as per the courier policy.
