Please note:

Shipping Charges is dependent on the product. The shipping charges may be waived off if you shop for a minimum predefined value or If the same is in promotion or on product to product case. Shipping charges, if any, for a product is indicated along with the product and you are informed about it before making the purchase.

My product is showing delivered, however I have not received it.

Kindly check with your neighbors/security guard/other people in the house if they have received the delivery. In case they haven’t, please report the complaint at our email support@lookkoolladiesworld.com. Our team will investigate the issue and assist you on this. As per the courier timeline, investigation will take 7-14 business days, post that we will update the status on your query.
Note: We will not be able to accept the complaint received after 07 days of delivery marked as per the courier policy.
