Terms & Conditions:

• Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
• A product unboxing video is mandatory to validate the return request.
• Returns will only be processed for the following reasons:
  • Damaged product
  • Wrong product sent
  • Size mismatch
• The product should not be washed, used, or altered in any way.
• All returns will only be processed after the product is received by us and passes a quality check.
• Products showing improper use, handling, or physical damage (e.g., torn packaging, missing parts/accessories) will not qualify for returns and will be sent back to the customer.
• Returns will not be accepted for reasons other than those specified above.

Note: In cases of an empty box or missing items, complaints must be registered within 24 hours of delivery, or they will not be entertained.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, contact us on WhatsApp and provide a valid reason for the return along with the required unboxing video. Ensure the original invoice is included in the package.

Note: Look Kool reserves the right to accept or reject return requests on a case-by-case basis based on the evidence provided by the customer.
