Terms & Conditions:
- Refunds will be processed only for the following reasons:
- Damaged product
- Wrong product sent
- Size mismatch
- A product unboxing video is mandatory to process any refund request.
- Refund requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must not be washed, used, or altered in any way.
- All refunds will only be processed after the product is received by us and passes a quality check.
- Products showing improper use, handling, or physical damage (e.g., torn packaging, missing parts/accessories) will not qualify for a refund and will be returned to the customer.
- Refunds will not be processed for reasons other than those specified above.
Note: In cases of an empty box or missing items, complaints must be registered within 24 hours of delivery, or they will not be entertained.
Refund Procedure
To request a refund, contact us on WhatsApp and provide a valid reason for the refund along with the required unboxing video. Ensure the original invoice is included in the package.
Note: Look Kool reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests on a case-by-case basis based on the evidence provided by the customer.
